Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a capacity from being decreased even if a current collecting part is disconnected, by folding at least one of the plates in a state of folding walllike screen, arranging a separator and the other plate between the folded plates and mutually connecting a plurality of current collecting parts of the same polarity plates. CONSTITUTION:A filling portion 1 of a lattice body having a current collecting part 2 is connected by folded parts 3. Said lattic body is filled with a respective active material 4 to form a positive plate 5 and negative plate 6, and these plates are laminated through a separator 7 and folded in a state of walllike folding screen. Said folded positive plate 5 and negative plate 6, the respective current collecting part 2 of which is connected by a strap 8, are housed in a battery jar 9.
