Abstract

CONSTITUTION: In the inner surface welding apparatus for long tube 1 which performs welding by distributing boom 6 which supports welding head 7 and hopper 8 in the vicinity of its end in long tube 1, a device which compressively sends welding composition to above mentioned hopper 8 with a gas pressure is installed at the outside of long tube 1 and composition sending tube 13, composition sending gas cleaning device and sending gas delivery tube 15 and screw conveyor 21 to be installed in hopper 8, contained amount detector 20 of composition, and locating support roller 10 to be installed at the front end of boom 6 are installed. Thus, not only the hopper but also the total apparatus can be minimized and supply of composition can be made surely, so that welding may be performed excellently and the cost for the apparatus may be reduced.
