CONSTITUTION:A heating-medium reserving means 4 is formed in the manner of surrounding a combustion chamber 3 for producing hot water used for room heating or supply of hot water. Heat possessed by the hot water in heating-medium reserving means 4 is absorbed by a hoselike heat exchanger 12 arranged in the hot water for heating water in a bathtub 13 by the heat thus absorbed by the heat exchanger 12. Further, heat possessed by the hot water in means 4 is also absorbed by a heat exchanger 16 disposed in the hot water for producing hot water used for room heating or supply of hot water.
