Abstract
PURPOSE:To attempt the elevation of watertightness and the increase of reliability of the resin molded motor by a method wherein the lead wire of the motor is covered with a tube containing a hot melting resin in the inside. CONSTITUTION:A solid wire 9a is consisted of a heat-resisting vinyl electric wire, etc., and a heat-resisting tube 9b is consisted of a glass tube impregnated with a silicone resin, a silicone resin tube, etc. After the pressure melting of the hot melting resin 9c, it is filled up in the gap between the solid wires 9a. For the hot melting resin 9c, a resin having a sufficient heat resistance, adhesiveness and elasticity, and having the melting point at the temperature of the resin molding time, for example, nearly 140-170 deg.C is desirable. The lead wire is covered with the tube 9b having the hot melting resin 9c in the inside. By this way, the watertightness can be elevated and the reliability can be increased.
