Abstract
PURPOSE:To generate a frequency signal voltage efficiently in a simple constitution and to increase an S/N ratio by providing concave and convex parts on one side of the first and second fixing members and providing the third fixing member comprising a soft magnetic body at the location adjacent to the member without the concave and covex parts. CONSTITUTION:Teeth 22 are formed at the parts opposing teeth 18 of a rotor 12 with a specified gap being provided. The second fixing member 24 in a flat gear shape comprising the soft magnetic body with said teeth 22 is arranged so as to oppose the first fixing member 20. Between the first and second fixing members 20 and 24, is provided an annular bias magnet 26 as a magnetomotive member so as to form a closed magnetic circuit. The third fixing member 48 comprising the soft magnetic body is arranged between the first fixing member 20 and a base plate 14 in contact with said first fixing member 20 and in the vicinity of top end surface 46 of said rotor 12. The frequency signal voltage is efficiently induced in a detecting coil corresponding to the rotation of the rotor, thereby the signal voltage having the good S/N ratio can be obtained.
