Abstract

PURPOSE: To accurately detect the zero-phase voltage by employing a power transformer which has three windings on the primary side, and connecting one end of each of the three windings to the middle point of a capacitor voltage-divider and the other ends of the three windings, which are connected together, through a reactor to the earth terminals of the capacitor voltage-dividers.
CONSTITUTION: One end of a capacitor C1 on the high-voltage side of each capacitor voltage-divider is connected to the corresponding phase. One end of a capacitor C2 on the low-voltage side is connected to the other end of the capacitor C1, and the other end of the capacitor C2 to an earth terminal. A reactor L, together with the capacitors C1 and C2, forms a series resonance circuit. A power transformer PT has three windings and outputs a zero-phase voltage from the secondary winding by vectorially adding the phase-voltage drawn out of the capacitor voltage-divider of each phase.
