Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a fixed noise from entering an effective video signal part by generating the original signal pulse of a transfer pulse during the ineffective period of a video signal and by stopping it in the effective period of the video signal. CONSTITUTION:Pulses generated by 24MHz oscillator 10 are applied to four-phase pulse generating circuit 11, 1/20 frequency dividing circuit 12 and 1360-scale counter 13. On the other hand, horizontal blanking pulses HBP and vertical blanking pulses VBP are applied to OR circuit 14 and by an obtained signal, frequency dividing circuit 12 is driven to obtain pulses of 1.2MHz generated only in the blanking period. Further, 1024-scale counter 15 and FF16 generate frame transfer operation regulation pulses on the basis of VBP and pulses of 1.2MHz and the output of counter 13 and HBP are applied to FF18 to obtain line-shift operation regulation pulses. Both regulation pulses are applied to OR circuit 19, whose output is applied to pulse generating circuit 11.
