Under daylight, time is displayed on the main display part 2a and a calendar is displayed on the subdisplay part 2b. If a function selecting button 4 is operated in this state, an alarm set time is displayed on the subdisplay part 2b. Next, if a display changing button 3 is operated in a dark place, the displaying contents of the main display part 2a and the subdisplay part 2b are interchanged and time is displayed by the subdisplay part 2b.
