Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the sum of the access time to a plurality of information, by making almost equal the minor loop length and the major line length, in the bubble domain element including the minor loop and the major line.

Accorndingly, by selecting that the length of the minor loops 11-1W11-N and that of the major lines 12, 15 are made equal, if a plurality of addresses to be read in or write in at a period determined after that are clear in advance, the total sum of the acess time to a plurality of information can be reduced.
