Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an accurate tuning point by detecting an AFT voltage reaching two threshold levels shifting from the best tuning point positively and negatively by a fixed value. CONSTITUTION:Once a frequency sweep reaches the 1st tuning point, namely, when the 1st tuning voltage X at the 1st tuning point is detected by information counter 9, arithmetic circuit 41 counts the output of a 1/4 counter that frquency- divides a clock input. At this time, information counter 9 keeps on counting and when the frequency sweep reaches the 2nd tuning point, the count operation of the arithmetic circuit is stopped. Denoting a voltage at the 2nd tuning point as Y, the final count value of the arithmetic circuit is represented as X+(Y-X)/4 and this value is stored in memory 8 at a fixed address as the best tuning point.
