CONSTITUTION:A data flip-flop 6 which acts by the output of a signal generation circuit 4 for shortening and cutting a printing time, and a differential circuit 5 connected in series to said circuit 4, other than a generation circuit of a printing time 3, and an output of a character generater 2, is set. By setting it, a data flip- flop output prior to the printing timing, or the presence of the printing spot just before the printing spot is detected. When the output is detected, the printing time is shortened by a signal for cutting and shortening the printing time, whereby the heat amount of a heating body is controlled.
