Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare a transfer film having high releasing property and a superior evaporation metalic layer in trasnfer properties which is treated so that the index of the surface wettability obtained by adding a specific amount of a surface active agent into a polyolefin may be within a specific range.
CONSTITUTION: A surface active (cation group, anion group, nonionic group, amphoteric group and amphotoric metal salt group are suitable) is added into a polyolefin such as polyethylene, polypropylene ethylene-propylene copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or the like by less than 10wt% thereof, and the product thus obtained is prepared to a film with a fusion and extrusion method. Then, at the time of film preparation, the surface active treatments such as a corona dis charge treatment, a fire treatment and the like are performed, before, during, and after the extension so that the index number of the film surface wettability may be 30W37dyne/cm.
