Consequently, holding arm 21 fixed to clutch movable part 23 is rotated along the circumference of drum 1, and at this time, holding arm 21 to which cleaning material 22 is fixed cleans the end face of OFT20 provided near drum 1 while sliding on it. Thus, the end face of OFT20 is cleaned without special devices.
