Abstract

PURPOSE: To automatically detect fouling and automatically wash by comparing with an already known concentration value a value obtained through jet-spraying of a solution having an already known concentration of dissolved oxygen from a submerged nozzle located near a detector with a diaphragm-type dissolved oxygen meter immersed in a liquid to be measured.
CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 4 spurting a washing water 3 is installed near a diaphragm 2 on a diaphragm-type dissolved oxygen meter detector 1 immersed in a specimen water 5.
