Abstract

When a driving devie 17 or 18 is driven, the above- mentioned inclined passages rotate to an opposite direction each other in a tuned interlocking way and inclined passages between decks are formed or these passages are stored in pivotally attaching decks. For example, in order to store the inclined passage, when a stopper 20 of the inclined passage 20 is released and the inclined passage 20 is rotated downward taking its pivotally attaching part 14 as an axis by means of a driving device 18, then, a driven cable 19 is towed with the potential energy of the inclined passage 12 and along with this, the inclined passage 11 is rotated upward taking its pivotally attaching part 13 as an axis.
