Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an interior material excellent in cigarette-resting property by a method wherein PVC resin composition containing multifunctional monomer is coated on a base of an interior material and cross-linked by radiating radioactive rays in the presence of an oxygen cut-off layer containing multifunctional monomer on the surface.
CONSTITUTION: When polyvinyl chloride resin composition containing multifunctional monomer is coated on the base of the interior material and is cross-linked radiating ionizing radioactive rays in the presence of an oxygen cut-off layer on the surface of this composition, the multifunctional monomer (i.g.; divinyl benzene, diethyl glycol, acryl methacrylate) is supplied into the oxygen cut-off layer and/ or between the polyvinyl chloride resin composition and the oxygen cut-off layer. This prevents short bridge formation on the surface skin due to evaporating loss of the multifunction monomer. Release agent polishing medium, sealing medium, etc. are used for an oxygen cut-off layer.
