Abstract

PURPOSE:To make smooth the control of number of revolution, by controlling the revolution in response to the location of playback element on radial direction of a disc while required information signal is reproduced, and by synchronizing revolution with the number of revolutions completely equal at the recording after the required information signal is reproduced. CONSTITUTION:At the start of playback, the contact of change-over switches 9, 15 is selected to (a) side, and the 1st reference signal from variable frequency oscillator 8 receiving the output signal of a slide resistor 5 in response to the location on the radial direction of the playback element 7 is given to phase error and speed error detectors 14, 13 which receive the number of revolutions detected 11 by a motor 12.
