Abstract

PURPOSE: To optimize the color balance after development of a film by providing a means of introducing spectral sensitivity characteristic value information of blue light, green light and red light of a film loaded into a camera as well as a color correcting mechanism and an exposure control mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: When a film 1 is loaded in a camera 2, the information on the respective spectral sensitivities for B, G, R is introduced from the instructing part applied to a film cassette into the camera 2. Any method such as a method by magnetic storage, electric resistance or the like is used as the information introducing means as far as the information relating to the spectral sensitivity characteristics of the film having been recorded in the film 1 or film cassette is introduced into the camera 2. In a conversion processing part 3, the information of the spectral sensitivity characteristics of B, G, R is made to the control command for in and out of the correction filter to be put into the photographing optical path of Y, M, C which are complementary colors, and this command is transmitted to a color correcting mechanism 4 and an exposure control mechanism 5.
