Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy connection for a quartz oscillator, by giving an electrical connection between the connection pad and the lead wire by means of a connecting function using an excitation of the ultrasonic wave and then holding the state of connection in a steady way with the hardening of an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:The lead wires 7 and 8 are put on the connection pads 5 and 6, and the pressure is applied onto the wires 7 and 8 by the ''Teflon '' bar R. In such conditions, the bar R is caused to oscillate by an ultrasonic oscillators to secure an electrical connection between the pads and wires. Thereafter, the oscillation of the bar R is stopped, and at the same time the epoxy adhesive 9 is applied while applying the pressure to the lead wires with the bar R for hardening. Finally the bar R is removed.
