Abstract
PURPOSE: To extract tires one by one from a rear conveyor by a method wherein the conveying speed of the rear conveyor is made faster than that of a front conveyor.
CONSTITUTION: In a conveyor line composed of conveyors 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, the conveying speeds of each conveyor is accelerated one after another in the conveying direction of tires. The tires are supplied by a suitable tire supply device onto the 1st conveyor 1. The tires T collected and accumulated are fed by the motion of the 1st conveyor 1 one after another, and fall on the start part of the 2nd conveyor 2. The tires T are dispersed somewhat when they fall. Since the conveying speed of the 2 conveyor is faster than that of the 1st conveyor, the tires T on the 2nd conveyor are more dispersive than those on the 1st conveyor. Dispersion processes are repeated similarly by the 2nd to the 5th conveyor and the tires are extracted one by one from the 5th conveyor 5 backward.
