CONSTITUTION: When microwave power is applied from a terminal 24, the power generated at the coupling terminal 29 of a directional coupler 21 having a 30dB coupling degree is supplied to a load resistor 23 through a diode 22, which the power generated at the isolation terminal 30 of the coupler 21 is supplied to a monitor terminal 28 through an attenuator 27. In this case, the power at the terminals 28 and 29 is matched for monitoring by regulating the attenuator 27.
