Abstract
PURPOSE: To simply prepare a superior vent gas conductive material from an easily available, inexpensive raw material, by mixing rice hulls, molding sands and a binder, at a specified proportion.
CONSTITUTION: 10pts.wt. rice hulls are mixed with 3W4pts. molding sands and 3pts. a binder (a starch used in the casting mold); these materials are kneaded in a mixing machine in order to make the rice hulls to gain weight.
