Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a controlling method for an injection molding machine by which injection molding can be stabilized at a low cost as well as production of defective products can be prevented, in which the shot amount is corrected after each shot and the shot data is obtained as the time spent for using preset timers.
CONSTITUTION: By the fact that how many preset timers T1...Tn have been set, the time spent for injection is discriminated between time zones divided into n+1. The result is stored in a selecting memory 4, and by the reset signal obtained from an injection molding machine 1 until starting of the next injection, a reset circuit 8 is operated to transfer the data in the memory 4 to an output circuit 5. Then, the reset circuit 8 resets the timers T1...Tn and the memory 4. According to the data transferred to the output circuit 5, a servo valve controller 6 controls a servo valve 7 to set the injection pressure of the next cycle.
