Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily inject a silicate grout into the ground by a method in which a water glass aqueous solution and carbon dioxide are mixed together in a mixer and the mixture is injected into the ground.
CONSTITUTION: The inside of a cylindrical enclosed pressure container 1 is provided with a rotator 2 which turns around the central longitudinal direction of the pressure container 1 as a rotation axis. And, a large number of convexities 3 for mixig fluids are provided on the periphery of the rotator 2, and the aperture between the outside of the convexities 3 and the pressure container 1 is designated to 1/10 or less of the inside diameter of the pressure container 1. A water glass aqueous solution and carbon dioxide are supplied into respective raw material supply ports 4 and 4' and mixed together, and the grout thus obtained is continuously discharged from a grout discharge port 5 and injected into the ground.
