Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the preheating operation of an oven full automatic, by a method wherein the preheating condition is set according to the programmed procedure stored in a microcomputer on the basis of the oven temperature.
CONSTITUTION: By simply setting the oven temperature and the cooking time for the cooking to be performed, and inputting and starting the data concerned, the preheating condition is automatically set by a microcomputer according to said oven temperature, thereafter. Moreover, after a desired preheating temperature has been reached, said temperature state is cntinuously displayed until the door is opened. When cooking is started after food has been placed, the oven is operated according to the previously programmed oven temperate and cooking time. Accordingly, the preheating operation of the oven can be made full automatic.
