CONSTITUTION:While an information signal 2 is recorded on a recording original disk 1, a reference signal 3 having pulses as many as a multiple of ''3'' is recorded at the innermost or outermost circumferential position, and a stamper 4 is formed by Ni electrocasting; and a plastic mold is formed by press molding on the basis of the stamper 4, and then a reflective film and a protective film are provided, thus obtaining a disk record 6. This record 6 is mounted on a moving table 5 which is movable in the X-axis and Y-axis directions of a cutting and hole-boring device 5 for numeric control, and detecting means 7 for a reference signal 6a are arranged at trisection positions of the reference signal 3.
