Abstract
PURPOSE:To shorten acceleration and deceleration time, when a frequency is within a constant district, by controlling an output voltage of a motor generator in such a manner as to maintain it at a prescribed level below the rated voltage. CONSTITUTION:An output voltage of a flywheel-equipped motor generator is raised proportionally to a frequency until the frequency reaches point B, and a voltage for a district from point B to point C in which the level is lower than the rated frequency F is to be of D level which is lower than the rated voltage Vo and does not cause any trouble in actual use, and a voltage in a frequency area exceeding point C is to be the rated voltage Vo. It is possible, by doing so, to shorten acceleration and deceleration time without increasing in size of the flywheel.
