Abstract

PURPOSE:To machine respectively and automatically according to the same machining route by correcting a route and a condition of machining of the first cut in a wire cut electrical discharge machining and carrying-out second cuts of times of the predetermined number. CONSTITUTION:A wire electrode P is automatically inserted through a machining start hole (a) of the work W and a first cut of an electrical discharge machining is done leaving a portion (c) according to the route and a condition of machining stored in an instruction tape or a memory. Next, the wire electrode P is automtically cut and inserts automatically into a machining start hole (b) to carry-out a first cut until it reaches a portion (d) left. The times of a second cut and its machining condition, and a route correcting information such as a off set value etc. are stored previously in an instruction tape or a memory and the machining route is corrected according to it in order to done the second cut of the instructed times. In this way, every machining is done automatically according to the same machining route information.
