CONSTITUTION:An exchange network consists of exchangers 31, 32, connecting line 33 between exchangers, and allocating terminals 34, 35 for exchangers. Since the resource control is made only at an AOC (exchanger A)31, an AOC31 manages the channel and required information is informed to a BOC (exchanger B)32. Through the connection request from an ATER (allocating terminal of exchanger A)34 allocated to the AOC 31, the incoming to a BTER (allocating terminal of exchanger B)35 in the BOC32 makes the AOC31 to inform the channel number and address to the BOC32 with a CAAB (signal from exchanger A to B)38.
