In the 4th stage 22, while the data are read out of the recording medium formed in the 3rd stage 21, the temporary master file 24 formed in the 2nd stage 20 is filled directly with data read in the corresponding records to eliminate the indication of being incomplete, thus performing a setup of the complete master file.
