Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a coil falling off a hanger during its conveyance and/or a bad packing shape formation by surely preventing a coil expansion regardless of any coil axial length and/or displacement in a coil hanging position.
CONSTITUTION: An operation arm 18 is turned upward to lift a moving body 6 to relay-load a wire coil 5 onto an arm rod 4 of a hanger 3 at a spot where the coil 5 is to be loaded onto a hanger 3. Thereafter, the moving body 6 is moved downward, and coil expansion prevention pieces 10b to 10e turn round upwards centering around a support shaft 12 to retreat into the moving body 6 because they get pushed upward coming in contact with the coil 5. An actuator 24 returns to a go-limit so that the actuator 24 get distanced from a roller 17 of an operation lever 15. Therefor even if the coil 5 wanted to expand in an axial direction, a protruding inner end 14 of the coil expansion prevention pieces 10a and 10f which are situated very near to the both sides of the coil prevents the coil expansion.
