Abstract

PURPOSE:To fix a lead wire simply, firmly and in a short time by mounting a lead to a wiring section and the extracting section of an electric apparatus according to a hot-melt execution method. CONSTITUTION:Plastic sleeves 16a-16k with both inner and outer sides are inserted into a core 15 of a small-sized motor. Two left and right hundles of lead wires 21a-21e are pushed among these sleeves, and sections 22a-22d among these wires requiring connection are connected according to a hot-melt execution method. The wires are fastened by hot-melt coating as 22e even at an outlet section 16a where these are collected to one bundle. That is, the wires are connected according to hot- melt coating and fastening in place of a thread cord, but either of a method that partially coats and bonds necessary sections on the lead wires or a method that the lead wires are buried in a mold consisting of hot-melt or a cover is laid by employing a casing, and the hot-melt is injected and filled in the cover and solidified together with the wires is used.
