Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise the durability or so on, by fabricating the supercharged pressure control apparatus in such a manner that a pressure responsive valve, which is disposed within a bypass conduit getting around an exhaust gas turbine, can be opened rapidly only when air intake pressure changes broadly, so as to prevent a valve body from opening and closing frequently in response to the subtle variation of air intake pressure. CONSTITUTION:During the constant running of an engine, air intake pressure affects the pressure chamber 10 of a pressure responsive valve 7 via the first pressure conduit 12. A valve body 11 is opened in the equilibrated degree of the repulsion of a spring 8, and a certain amount of exhaust gas is discharged from the bypass conduit 6 getting around the exhaust gas turbine 5 of a supercharger. Although the air intake pressure changes slighly, the pressure changing is relieved by a throttle 13 and avoided to affect the valve body 11. Meanwhile, when the air intake pressure is increased rapidly during the transition of an engine, for instance, the change of speed change gear, a control valve 15 is opened and the air intake pressure affects a pressure chamber 10 form the second conduit 14, so that the valve body 11 is fully opened. Thereby, the driving power of the exhaust gas turbine is lowered.
