PURPOSE:To hold and record managing information efficiently without providing an additional printer by storing information on account of a failure requiring an emergency response, such as disabled communication and an error in facsimile information, and by printing out the stored information. CONSTITUTION:To a data and an address line, a microcomputer CPU for controlling the writing and reading of control information is connected, and to this CPU, an RAM2 for control information recording, an RAM1 stored temporarily with data during information processing, a data holding circuit DML, etc., are connected. Consequently, communication information during transmission or reception is stored and if a fault occurs to some part other than the recording part of the facsimile equipment disables communication, and if transmitted and received facsimile information has errors at a constant rate or more, the information is stored in the RAM2, and after communication, the recorder of the facsimile equipment is energized to print out the memory information.
