PURPOSE:To simplify the releasing operation as well as to reduce the load of an extension subscriber, by carrying out a calling detection within a prescribed time before a morning call and releasing the setting of an access time. CONSTITUTION:In case an access time is set to an address within a memory MCM corresponding to an extension subscriber SUB, a central controller CC compares a timepiece device with each time in the memory MCM. When a coincidence is obtained between them, a calling trunk RGT is connected to the subscriber SUB by a link LK of a switch frame SW via a switch controller SWC to call out the subscriber SUB. If the controller CC detects the calling of the SUB prior to the above-mentioned connection, the access time in the MCM and corresponding to theSUB is read. The corrsponding contents of the MCM are erased when the difference between the access time and the device TM, and thus the set call of the access time is automatically released.
