Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize air heating and air cooling operation of high heat efficiency in the captioned apparatus, by utilizing the open air heated by a solar heat collector as a heat source for a heat pump, during an air heating operation, and by discharging the open air, heat-exchanged by a condensor, via the above-mentioned heat collector, during an air cooling operation. CONSTITUTION:A heat collector 1, which is composed such that the surfaces of heat collecting plates 3 are covered with a transparent board 2, is fitted to the outer wall of a building, the open air inlet 6 and outlet 7 for the time of air cooling are provided to the upper side of outer wall of a heat collector 1, and the open air inlet 8 and outlet 9 for the time of air heating are provided to the lower part of an outer wall, respectively. The outlet 7 and the inlet 8 are interconnected to each other by the intermediary of an open air passage 4, extended to the vertical direction of a heat collecting plate 3, and each inlet 6 and 8, and outlet 7 and 9 is respectively arranged to be opened and closed by direction selective dampers 10 and 11. The air conditioning unit 20 of heat pump type is adjoined to a heat collector 1 by the intermediary of a heat insulating wall 15. The air inlet 17 of a unit 20 is interconnected to a passage 13, while the air outlet 18 of it is interconnected to a passage 14, and the passages 13 and 14 are able to be interconnected to each open air inlet 6 and 8, and open air outlet 7 and 9.
