Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a tank capable of rapidly mixing a supplementary liquid, having a structure in which a circulating liquid is flowed along the circumference of a pathway formed by inner and outer tubes and a supplementary liquid is added to the circulating liquid through a supplementary liquid tube perpendicularly connected on the midway to the pathway. CONSTITUTION:A double tube consisting of inner and outer tubes is formed on a concentric circle, in which the inner tube 23 is made into a mixing tank 19 whose one end is opened 24 and the other end is connected to an outlet tube 25. A circulating liquid 5 from a treatment tank is introduced into an inlet tube 26 and flows while turning herically along a pathway 27 formed both inner and outer tubes 23 and 20. On the other hand, a supplementary liquid is jetted at the back face against the flow of the circulating liquid at the central part of the pathway 27, through supplementary liquid tubes 30 connected perpendicularly to the tank 19. Thus, the supplementary liquid so jetted can be rapidly mixed with the circulating liquid.
