Abstract

PURPOSE:To adjust the mass of a damper device and improve its vibration isolating characteristic, by constituting at least a part of the damper device, connected to a main vibrator, with a vessel and performing feed-discharge operation of mass material in this vessel. CONSTITUTION:A vibro-isolated unit 11 of various machines constitutes a main vibrator M1 with a tank 18 and is resiliently supported to a foundation 13 through springs 12 of spring constant K1. A tank 19 is mounted to the tank 18 through a spring 16 of spring constant K2, and functioned as a damper vibrator M2 in a state of containing liquid 22 of large specific gravity like mercury. The tanks 18, 19 are connected by a flexible hose 21, and the above described liquid 22 can be circulated between the tanks 18, 19 through the flexible hose 21. Valves 23, 24 and a pump 25 are interposed in the flexible hose 21 to controllably circulate quantity of the liquid 22, and feed-discharge of the liquid 22 tofrom the tank 19 is controlled to change damping mass of the damper vibrator M2.
