Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve rewriting of bubble information data in a short time, by providing a swap gate between a minor loop and write major line so that the write/read operating time can be reduced. CONSTITUTION:A swap gate 9 not requiring transfer-out operation at writing is provided between a minor loop 2 and a write major line 4. Thus, the write operating reference point B can be moved to the operation start point S of a generator 6 from a replicator/transfer gate 7, and bubbles stopped between the gate 7 and the point S can start the operation of the generator 6 immediately without almost circulating on a loop 2, allowing to reduce the time for writing. At read operation, a point A' on the loop 2 is attained to the reference.
