Abstract
PURPOSE:To satisfy good adhesion between a winding conductor and a pole iron core and to prevent the slip of a field coil by forming a field iron core with a dent at the angular part of the barrel section wherein an insulating layer and a winding conductor are wound on the barrel section for adhesion and fixing. CONSTITUTION:A dent 8 is provided at the angular part on the external circumference of the barrel section of a pole iron core 2 by applying bevelling so that the central part may have a maximum diameter of R1. An insulating layer 3 is wound on the barrel section of the iron core along the dent 8 and a winding conductor 1 applied adhesive is also wound. In this way, the adhered area of the pole iron core 2 and the winding conductor 1 increases and the winding conductor is engaged at the dent 8. Therefore, the slip-out of the field coil can be prevented.
