Abstract
PURPOSE: The titled composition that consists of an unsaturated polyester, polymerizable compounds, a photosensitizer and an organic isocyanate, thus having high flexibility, adhesion, processability and solvent resistance.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition comprises (A) polymerizable compounds containing a compound bearing two or more polymerizable double bonds in the molecule such as ethylene diacrylate or dimethacrylate, preferably bt 5W90wt%, (B) a saturated polyester than is soluble in the component A, 2,000W15,000 in molecular weight, and contains the polycarboxylic acid component consisting of more than 20mol% of aromatic dicarboxylic acid, preferably tere- or isophthalic acid, preferably a copolyester, (C) a photosensitizer such as benzoin methyl ether and (D) a two or more functional organic isocyanate, wherein the amount of D is 0.1W20wt%, based on A+B+C, the weight B/A ratio is 30/70W70/30 and C is 0.5W10wt% based on A+B.
