Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent faulty transmission from a station to be monitored by monitoring the power voltage of a logical part for generation of a transmission start signal, and stopping the operation of an oscillator for modulation when the voltage drops below an IC operation ensuring voltage. CONSTITUTION:When a power voltage V1 is normal, an oscillator 1 for modulation starts oscillation and if a transmission start signal is supplied from a logical part 2 to a gate 5, a carrier signal is sent to a transmission line 7. If the power voltage V1 drops below the IC operation ensuring voltage of the logical part 2 set by resistances R5 and R6, a transistor TR1 turns off. Consequently, a capacitor C1 is discharged instantaneously through a diode D1 and a resistance R3 and a gate 10 turns on. Therefore, the oscillation of the oscillator 1 stops, so the logic part 2 operates unstably owing to the drop in voltage V1, preventing the carrier signal from being sent to the transmission line 7 even if the gate 5 is opened.
