Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A level converter 3 supplies the voltage via a contact 1 set at on or off and produces a logic signal according to the state of the contact 1. A memory 6 stores the above-mentioned logical signal and also delivers the contents when the above-mentioned voltage is detected and then prevents a renewal of the contents of storage in case when the above-mentioned voltage is not detected. For instance, if the power source 2 has a service interruption, the output PWON of a service interruption detecting circuit 4 is set at a low level. Thus an AND gate 5 is not opened to give no renewal to the contents of a buffer memory 6 but to keep the preceding state.
