Abstract
PURPOSE: A compsn. effective for peeling and removing a paint, ink and film from a material to be washed, and for dehydrating the surface thereof, which is prepd. by incorporating methyl alcohol and a surfactant in the main component consisting of methylene chloride.
CONSTITUTION: A peeling and hydrating composition primarily composed of methylene chloride, in which 1W15wt% methyl alcohol and 0.01W5wt% surfactant such as an alkyl phosphate ester or a salt thereof, an alkylphenol phosphate ester or a salt thereof, or a dialkyl sulfosuccinate ester or a salt thereof, are incorporated. It is possible to enhance stability of the compsn. by additionally incorporating 0.01W5wt% propylene oxide and 0.0005W0.05wt% diisopropylamine.
