PURPOSE:To improve safety for workers as well as to increase workability of re-laying the ancher in stormy weather in such a way that an anchor laying ship is integrated by providing a ballast tank inside and by making it as a half submergible float which can serve with possibility of operating a radio remote control. CONSTITUTION:A half submergible float 1 which integrates an anchor laying ship is equipped with a propeller 2, a winch 3, a ballast tank 14, a ballast pump 13, etc., and when laying the anchor, it goes on with its self propulsion up to the determined sea ara, with the winch 3 operated, a pendant line 4 is let out, and the anchor 6 is sent down to the seabed. After the anchor 6 gets to the seabed, a reserve line 5 which is let out of a mother ship is wound up, and after tension is applied, and holding force is verified, laying of the anchor 6 is completed. And, in stormy weather, stability is maintained in such a way that the float 1 is set into its half submerging state by adjusting the ballast, the slack pendant line 4 can be wound in by the winch 3 until it becomes a proper length.
