Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution, by providing the 2nd transistor (TR) controlling the 1st TR together with a capacitor in response to the response signal of a load circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply switch SW is switched to on-state, a capacitor C is connected across the power supply E via resistances R1, R2 and switch SW for charging the capacitor C. A transistor TR1 turns on, power is supplied to a load circuit L via the emitter and collector, and a response signal is given to the base of a TR2. Further, the TR2 turns on and the charge of the capacitor C is discharged. After that, when the circuit L completes the prescribed operation, the response signal to the base of the TR2 is stopped, the TR2 turns off, and the base current of the TR1 flows to the capacitor C.
