Abstract
PURPOSE:To switch high-frequency high power at a high speed and over a broad band without using a large-sized couplin capacitor, by coupling high-frequency input directly to an output terminal with semiconductor switches connected in series with each other opposingly. CONSTITUTION:Semiconductor switches 10 and 2 which are connected in series opposingly are connected between an input terminal 6 and an output terminal 6, and high-frequency choking coils 11 and 7 which flow DC current of the semiconductor switches and block the high frequency to be flowed are provided between the semiconductor switches 10 and 2 and input and output terminals 1, 6. The bias voltage and switching voltage given to the semiconductor switches 10, 2 are produced with a bias generation and switching circuit 3 and they are provided via a high-frequency choking coil 5 to switch the semiconductor switches 2 and 10. The output of the high-frequency signal from the input terminal 1 to the output terminal 6 is controlled.
