The grinding head 4 is provided with a sandpaper rotating means A which drives a sandpaper 22 with a motor 18, encountering rollers 20 and 21, and is equipped with a pad supporting means B which supports a pad 61 in such a manner that a slight and differential movement may be attained on the base which can move forward and backward with a cylinder 34, under a pad flange 39 comprising a pressure air chamber through a rubber sheet 53.
