A reset C from a reset signal generating part 10 driven simultaneously when the electric power supply is turned on reaches an OR circuit 14 through the AND circuit 11, and is outputted as an alarm signal D from an output terminal 15. When an operator who has known this alarm removes the card 2 from the stacker 1, the conact of the detecting part 3 becomes off.
