Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable automatic incoming call for facsimiles and the like to a prescribed terminal, by providing a parallel adaptor with an attendant board with the exchanging operator. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming call is given from a line TL to a facsimile receiver, since a different callout tone from a conventional callout tone is given, an operation control section CCT detects it and connects the TL with a signal control SCT. The SCT sequentially stores the terminal number of data to a storage section MEM. If the said terminal ACTM is not used, the CCT gives an instruction to a terminal switching device TSW to connect the said terminal ACTM with the SCT. Thereafter, the CCT sequentially transmits the data stored in the MEM to a terminal. When the communication is finished, the CCT makes a completion processing separately at the TL and the ACTM to restore the device to an initial state.
